- Highly elastic (elongation to a minimum of 275%)
- Suited to irregular shaped applications
- Readily able to be factory fabricated into panels up to 3,000 square metres (33,000 square feet)
- Resistant to attack from a wide range of chemicals
- High puncture resistance — stretch is distributed uniformly over material without localised thinning
- Ideal where there is poor subgrade preparations
- Low ultra violet resistance
