In 1994 Jaylon became the first Australian fabricator and installer of geosynthetic products to obtain quality assurance accreditation to ISO 9002. Included within the company’s quality system is the requirement that geosynthetic material manufacturers are quality evaluated by Jaylon and that QA/QC documentation is required before material despatch is authorised.

Considerable emphasis is placed by the company on welding techniques and sheet placement. Trial welds are carried out and tested for strength as well as being recorded for continuity and soundness. Welding and inspection test results are available on request, as are field test certificates.
