In late September 2020 Jaylon completed the acquisition of the long-standing Candor stationery & packaging business in Bibra Lake. This business was mainly focused on vinyl stationery items sold to the printing industry – a market segment that compliments and strengthens Jaylon’s current activities. Key staff have been retained, and their years of experience and knowledge will assist in the successful merging of the businesses.
The Candor acquisition follows Jaylon’s acquisition in 2015 of the Remac stationery & packaging business. As was the case with Remac, the Candor business will be merged into Jaylon’s stationery department which is now under the management of Leona Moore.
